Our shipping costs and delivery timeframes are calculated based on your postcode. We use a real-time ordering system so we can immediately process your order after confirmation. Delivery time for any products will be around 5 to 15 working days depending on the location.  In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please raise a claim within 3 business days of receiving your order, and we'll take care of it for you!

We recommend ordering a sample first so it will be easier for you to select the final products. We offer 5 samples for $15 only. For returns and exchanges, please check out our Orders and Returns policy.

About Batching– The colour, shade, size, and texture of tiles can vary from batch to batch. If you need to place an additional order to match existing tiles, please contact info@oreva.com.au to ensure the batch is the same.

About Size– Tiles are often labelled with their 'nominal size' for convenience, such as 600x600mm. However, the actual size of the tiles can vary slightly depending on the manufacturer, for example, 598x601mm. When planning your tile layout, make sure to consider the actual sizes to ensure that grout lines and patterns align properly.

About Samples– Final products may exhibit variations from the sample. Differences in color, shade, texture, and pattern between production runs are possible but will remain within manufacturing standards.
