Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

C) Shipping Methods and Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping - Estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days from the date of order processing.
  • Expedited Shipping - Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days from the date of order processing. Additional charges may apply.

D) Shipping Charges

  •  Standard Shipping - Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package, as well as the delivery location. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
  •  Expedited Shipping: Additional charges apply for expedited shipping options. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout.

E) Delivery

  • Delivery Confirmation - You will receive a delivery confirmation email once your order has been shipped. This email will include tracking information so you can monitor the status of your delivery.
  • Delivery Locations -We deliver to residential and commercial addresses. Please ensure that the delivery address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays.
  • Delivery Attempts - If you are not available at the time of delivery, our shipping carrier may leave a notice and attempt to redeliver. If the package is undeliverable, it will be returned to us, and additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

F) Order Tracking

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the delivery confirmation email. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the carrier’s system.
